Game

1. The organizer of the raffle (hereinafter: the Contest) is the individual entrepreneur Edina Váradi ( 1021 Budapest, Szép Juhászné út 14-18 F building F2, hereinafter: the organizer).
2. The location of the Game is the Organizer's Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/mypopcornshop/
3. Duration of the Game: October 11 - October 18, 2023.
4. Any natural person over the age of 18 (hereinafter: Player) can participate in the Game.
5. Description of the Game: The Organizer publishes a post on their Facebook page, asking the players to like their page, then write in the comments which of the Halloween pumpkins is the quack egg and tag their friend with whom they would share the Popcorn Shed Halloween A packet of popcorn!
6. Among the correct answers, we will draw 2 lucky winners who will win the Popcorn Shed Halloween Popcorn package.

Winners and prizes

1. The winners will be chosen from among the players who like the page, write the correct answer in the comments and tag their friend with whom they would share their popcorn.
2. Date of the draw: October 19, 2023, 11:00 a.m
3. Number of winners: 2 (two)
4. The winner of the game is a pack of Popcorn Shed Halloween Popcorn.
5. Prizes are provided by the Organizer.
6. The Organizer will publish the names of the winners in the Facebook post.

Data handling

1. The operator of the data is the Organizer, who manages the Players' personal data in accordance with these game rules and data protection laws, and guarantees that the data is handled in compliance with the applicable legal provisions.
2. The purpose of data management is to contact the Player for the purpose of awarding the prize. If the Player does not provide the data necessary to hand over the prize in the event of becoming a winner, it will lead to exclusion from the game, i.e. the Player will lose his right to the prize.
3. The Organizer only handles the personal data that the Player voluntarily provided to the Organizer during participation in the Game (for example, name, e-mail address).
4. The Organizer manages the data until the Player's consent is withdrawn or until the end of the Game and the time of contact with the winners.
5. By participating in the Game, the Player expressly consents to the Organizer publishing the Player's name on the Organizer's Facebook page in case of winning, and the Player also agrees that he is not entitled to compensation for the public publication of his data in connection with the Game.
6. The player can withdraw his consent to the processing of his data at any time, without any restrictions or reasons.
7. The Organizer's other data management principles are contained in the Privacy Notice on the Organizer's website (https://mypopcornshop.hu).

The Organizer declares that the Game is not supported by Facebook (Meta) in any way and has nothing to do with the promotion. By participating in the Game, the Player automatically accepts these game and data management regulations. The Organizer reserves the right to modify these game rules containing the terms of the Game at any time without giving reasons.
